Returns & Refund Policy

At TeraScene Store, every product is made to order in collaboration with artists. Because of this, we follow a limited return policy.

Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellations

All products are printed on demand.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for production.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Since each product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Wanting a different product

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
• Incorrect item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email:
support@terascene.in

Include:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

If the issue is verified, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.


4. Undelivered / Return to Origin Orders

Orders may be returned by the courier due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable
• Customer refusal
• Unserviceable pin code

If an order is returned due to customer related reasons, re-shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and someone is available to receive the order.


5. Size & Measurement Disclaimer

All apparel products have a standard measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches.

This is normal in garment production and does not qualify as a defect.


6. Color Variation

Due to different screen displays and digital printing processes, slight color variation between the product and mockup may occur.

This is not considered a defect.


7. Lost in Transit

If an order is officially marked as lost by the courier partner, we will either:

• Reproduce and ship a new product
or
• Issue a refund
