At TeraScene, every product is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. This allows us to create high-quality merchandise while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Below are the details of how shipping works.


Order Processing

All TeraScene products are printed and prepared after an order is placed.

Orders typically take 2–3 business days to be processed before they are shipped.

During high demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

2–5 business days depending on the shipping location and courier availability.

Total estimated delivery time
Approximately 4–8 business days from the date of order.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Remote delivery locations
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• High order volumes
• National holidays


Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped using one of the following methods depending on location and availability:

Air / Express Shipping
Faster delivery using air logistics.

Surface Shipping
Economical delivery via ground transport.

Shipping partners include trusted national courier providers with full tracking support. 


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking link to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.


Undelivered Packages

In certain cases, delivery may fail due to reasons such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable at delivery location
• Customer refusing delivery
• Payment not ready for COD orders

If a package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to the fulfillment center (RTO – Return to Origin).

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping such orders.


International Shipping

At the moment, TeraScene primarily ships within India.

If international shipping is available for specific products, shipping fees, customs duties, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their country.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.

TeraScene is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the package and product
• Unboxing video if available

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
